Challenge: A regional pet food producer was filling pouches on a small 2-head scale with everything downstream done by hand — case packing, labeling and palletizing took a crew of 8, the line topped out at 15 pouches per minute, and overall line efficiency was low. On top of that, the production room offered very little floor space for new equipment.

Solution: Pure engineered a complete line to fit the existing room: premade pouch loading and filling with a 14-head multihead scale, sealing, X-ray inspection, a delta robot for gentle product handling, automatic case erecting with drop loading, case labeling and automatic palletizing — all under one coordinated controls architecture.

Result: The line now runs 35 to 50 pouches per minute depending on product size, with just 2 operators instead of 8 and high line efficiency. The entire system was engineered into the original footprint, so no building changes were needed.

Challenge: A bakery packing delicate cakes and cookies by hand into clamshells faced labor availability issues and inconsistent presentation in retail packages.

Solution: Pure designed a line with optional ultrasonic cutting, clamshell denesting, vision-guided robotic loading, clamshell closing, C-wrap labeling, RSC case erecting, top-load case packing, case sealing and printing, and robotic palletizing.

Result: Product presentation is now consistent across packages, the line runs with a smaller crew, and whole-product runs bypass the cutting station without mechanical changes.

Challenge: A dairy processor needed to launch a new cup format quickly while maintaining sanitary standards and integrating existing coding equipment.

Solution: Pure supplied and integrated cup denesting, dosing, sealing and lid application with checkweighing, then coordinated the customer-specified coder and existing conveyors into the new line, with factory acceptance testing before shipment.

Result: The processor commissioned the new format on schedule with its existing coding equipment retained and a single point of contact through installation.

Challenge: A sauce manufacturer filling foodservice pails manually needed better weight control and a safer, more ergonomic operation.

Solution: Pure integrated pail handling, net-weigh filling, lid placing and pressing, checkweighing and palletizing into one coordinated section with unified line controls.

Result: Pail filling is now an automated, documented process with consistent fill weights and reduced manual handling on the floor.
